Collection Officer

Our company, operating in the finance sector, is looking for a "Collection Officer" to work in our call center with the following qualifications:

  • Should have a bachelor's degree or at least an associate degree.
  • Should be comfortable working with a headset.
  • Must have clear, fluent, and accurate speech tone and diction.
  • Should have excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Must have strong persuasion skills.
  • Should be able to work towards targets/goals.
  • Should have self-confidence.
  • Must be able to work well in a team.
